Papa's new tanned houseboy has been very lazy. Papa decides to hire him out as a cleaner in his friends pub in order to make the poor boy more happy about the size of Papa's apartment.
The silly little houseboy soon gives up on his initial resistance when he is stripped, thrown to the floor, beaten and trampled. Next he is hung up by his hands, then, with his owners shoe pushing down on his neck, he finally realizes his natural place and becomes a "good boy" happily cleaning all, including public restrooms!
